Remove old status cgi binary
Use status cod in websocket for status handling

Move all command and shell javascripts to websocket.

Make websocket javascript generic, not longer trace only

trace_proxy now supports INTERVAL_TYPE_CHANGED clients and clients with a bigger interval than the source.
